Hi Mark - Happy New Year, hope you enjoyed your Christmas break in the sun. Sorry it has taken us so long to write to you. I am pleased to say that last week we finally received the building regs certificate from the council - I can't believe how long it took and how unfair it would have been for us to have held off paying you until we received it!

Cameron has really settled into his room and we hardly see him. The soundproofing is amazing and he is so happy in there on his games, playing music and we hope doing his homework too.

We are really pleased with our garage conversion and the high standard of the work you and your team did. I can't believe how tidy you were and how little mess there was even when you knocked through into the house. The job took as long as you estimated, you were always here when you said you would be and we had no surprises which was also good! I expected to have to park down the road whilst the work was going on and come home every evening to clearing up. You and your team moved all materials so we had access to our drive and even cleaned up daily which made life so much easier

I am more than happy for any prospective customers to come to see our work ( as long as you make arrangements with us ) and for you to use this e-mail as a reference.
